Positive
and negative thinking are two sides of the same coin.Being positive doesn’t
mean ignoring the negative , being positive  means overcomonig the
negative.Train the  mind to see positive in negative.In postive thinking
mind starts creating a process to tackle the situations and implies an effort
to understand and react things.In negative thinking our mind implies no effort
to change things around us.it become completely inactive , dull,
profoundly indulged in misery and frustrated. Fight the battle of mind 
.The happiness depends on the quality of our  thoughts.
