The subject that I meditate upon and let<br \/>each cell in my body carry that essence of the subject as I paint, engaging not<br \/>just my hand and brush but each cell in my body. It feels more like a martial<br \/>art practice where the entire body is involved. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;\" data-mce-style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;\">This practice demands absolute attention and presence of mind<br \/>at any given moment.
