Timings:-

18th December:-Display of artworks-Morning 9 am to 12 pm

Inauguration & public view-1 pm to 7 pm

19th & 20th Dec-Morning 10 am to Evening 7 pm (open for public)

Booth/Stall Size & Rent for 3 days (excluding GST)

• 4 Sq. Mt. (full booth-2x2x2 mtr) (unit-1)- consists of 6 panels-INR 27,000/-
• 3 Sq. Mt. (full booth-3×1.5×1.5 mtr) (unit 1)- consists of 5 panels-INR 24,000/- 

• 2 sq. mt. (full booth-2x1x1 mtr)-(unit -1)-INR 20,000/-

• 6 Sq. Mt. (full booth-3x2x2 mtr)-consists of 7 panels-INR 30,000/-
• 12 Sq. Mt. (full booth-4x4x2x2 mtr)-consists of 12 panels-INR 55,000/-

 (No Commission on sale, only booth rent).

 Application/registration fee-

50% of booth rent up to 15th Nov’26 & after that full payment should be done.

 Last date of full & final payment for all previous booking is 15^th Nov’26.

2) Fascia

3) One table, two chairs & one dustbin, 5 amp plug & lights (2, 3 ,4 & 6 sqmt booth)

4) Two tables, four chairs & one dustbin, 5 amp plug & lights (12 sq. mt)

6) Hanging S-clamps & Strings (limited)

7) E-Participation certificate (after exhibition)
