 It has successfully completed 8th editions in Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai, organising 1st edition in Kalinga Cultural Centre, Hyderabad Nov’25 & 3rd editions in Siddhi Hall, Pune in May’25.

Inauguration & public view-1 pm to 7 pm

• 3 Sq. Mt (full booth-2×1.5×1.5 mtr)-consists of 5 panels-INR 30,000/-
• 4 Sq. Mt. (full booth-2x2x2 mtr) – consists of 6 panels-INR 36,000/-
• 6 Sq. Mt. (full booth-3x2x2 mtr)-consists of 7 panels-INR 42,000/-
• 7.5 Sq. Mt. (full booth-3x3x2.5 mtr)-consists of 8.5 panels-INR 51,000/-
• 9 Sq. Mt. (full booth-3x3x3 mtr)-consists of 9 panels-INR 54,000/-
• 12 Sq. Mt. (full booth-4x4x2x2 mtr)-consists of 12 panels-INR 72,000/-
• 1 mtr panel (8 by 3.25ft)-INR 7,000/- (P1 to P32)
  

 (No Commission on sale, only booth rent).

 Application/registration fee–

50% of booth & panel rent up to 15th Oct’25 & after that full payment should be done.

 Last date of full & final payment for all previous booking is ^30th Oct’25.

In case of panel booking outside of booth, only 1 light & 1 chair per panel will be provided. No table will be provided.

 Terms & Conditions–

1. Necessary precautionary measures & security will be taken care but the Organisers cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damage.
2. Insurance, transportation, framing expenses, storage & breakage etc. will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitors. Taxes of sold artworks & logistic expenses if any, has to be paid by the exhibitors.
3. Application fee is non-refundable. Booth rent once paid can’t be cancelled. If full payment is not received within the due date then the amount paid will be forfeited & the space will be used by the organiser’s discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the floor layout, location of the allocated space, shape of the booth & entry/exit gate etc. if circumstances demand.
4. Organizer will not be responsible if the show is cancelled/abandoned/suspended fully or in part due to any unto‐ward incident beyond organiser’s control or deed of God etc. In such cases the organiser will repay the booth rent (except application fee) after deducting all expenses occurred from the announcement of the show till date or adjust in the next exhibition. No refund of rent (full or partial) will be entertained in any circumstances.
5. Selection & display of the artworks/photographs at the sole discretion of the organizer & no copy/nude work will be allowed to display.
6. Organiser will do the publicity according to the budget, capacity & feasibility but cannot be made responsible for footfall/sale etc. (As it’s beyond organiser’s control).
7. All the above mentioned features may be altered or cancelled anytime at the sole discretion of the organizer.
8. All disputes are subject to Thane Jurisdiction only.
