Kalaa Spandan Physical/offline Art Gallery (Permanent)

Open call for artists to be part of the kalaa Spandan Art Gallery (physical) which will be operational from 15th April 2025 at 36, Sonam Shopping Centre, Phase 6, Old Golden Nest, Mira Bhayandar Main Road, Near Golden Nest Signal or Nakshatra Tower, Mumbai 401105.

 

Selection process & Benefits:-

1. No entry fees

2. For selection mail your images of artworks with bio data/profile including educational qualification, self picture, full address & contact details etc to kalaaspandan@gmail.com 

3. If selected then one can submit original artwork to our gallery on consignment basis physically or by courier.

4. 25% commission plus Govt taxes if any (like TDS) will be charged on sale.

5. Free opportunities for attending selected art camps, art fairs & seminars organised by us.

6. Award & certificate from time to time.

 

Terms & conditions of submission:-

 

1. Gallery is not responsible for any kind of breakage & damage due to transportation, storage & deed of God etc.

2. Transportation (to & fro freight charges), packaging charges, framing , stretching, Insurance, Govt taxes & duties etc (if any) will be brought by the artists.

3. Gallery will do all kinds of publicity & marketing according to its budget, scope, feasibility & capacity but can’t be made responsible for the sale of any artworks of any kind within any time frame. If not sold (90 days minimum logging period after submission), artists can take back the artworks by giving atleast one month prior notice.

4. Selection or display of artwork is sole discretion of the gallery. Duplicate & copy work will not be entertained.

5. Artwork should carry clear signature of the artist & liable to issue authenticity certificate after sale (if needed).

6. Being taken care of feasible precautions regarding security, insurance, storage etc. gallery can’t be made responsible for any kind of theft, loss, damage or deed of God etc.

7. All above mentioned features, places, area of operation, networking, time schedule etc can be altered or changed anytime at the sole discretion of the gallery.

8. If sold, after full realisation of payment from the buyers, artist’s portion will be transferred.

9. By submitting the artwork, one is automatically agreed upon the all terms & conditions of the gallery with or without putting any signature.

10. All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
